(IOF).
IOF is a legal entity of SASA
registered and incorporated with the Investment Promotion Authority
(IPA)of PNG. IOF has been awarded a certificate of incorporation
and
has a common seal which is under the custody of the Public Officer.
It now has the right to conduct
any legal transactions with any person(s) or cooperation
SASA at its last AGM at the Kerowagi 20th Anniversary has voted and
accepted IOF as its legal business arm to conduct business as per its
constitution. At the AGM, IOF Board members and Directors were
voted in.
The following have been voted in as IOF office bearers for the next 3
